IDX / MLS Real Estate Package: This package includes full, automated mls integration, unlimited pages, initial basic search engine optimization, domain registration, all design and programming services, and free periodic updates to static content for $2499.00 plus a small monthly hosting fee and monthly data fee (fee varies from mls to mls). Our MLS integration plan includes the whole state, not 1 or 2 counties and Google Maps at no extra charge. Your hosting plan includes unlimited email accounts, free webmail, stats, unlimited disk space and free 24x7 support. If you choose to host your site elsewhere free updates are not included.

Real Estate Site Makeover Package: We charge a flat fee of $699.00 for redesigns no matter how many pages/how big your site is. This service only includes design. Your original textual and other content such as photos and forms will be reused although we will format it to fit your new layout.

Real Estate Site "Refugee" Package: If you wish to move your current Vermont real estate site to a more cost effective solution this package is for you. We will move, convert and if necessary optimize your site for $499.00.
